Students in their 3rd and 4th years, and students extending their period of study, who have compulsory courses from previous semesters, course schedule conflicts, or are unable to complete registration due to system-assigned courses are required to contact their academic advisors via UBYS or institutional e-mail.

Academic advisors are authorized to make the necessary course add/drop adjustments and approve registrations.

Important: Courses with compulsory attendance cannot be taken simultaneously if their schedules overlap. Students are kindly requested not to submit course add/approval requests in such cases.

Students who are unable to complete their course registration should contact their academic advisors.
